I am thinking of trying Bosley or something similar for my hair loss issues. I wondered if anyone has tried hair restoration with any success?

I’m just wondering if hair transplant surgery can restore the appearance of a full head of hair to someone who was completely bald on top. I have heard that even with a good amount of donor hair available in the back, hair restoration surgery still cannot restore a full head of hair and the scalp would still be visible.

During hair restoration surgery, I understand that they take hair follicles from the sides and back of the head and put it where you are balding. So does that mean that the sides and back of your head are now partially bald?

I am interested in finding out if anyone has any experience with Bosley Medical hair restoration surgery?

I’m 17 and have thinning hair, but, according to what I’ve been researching lately, this could be caused by many things but really the only things that seem to fit best to my history are: Pulling my hair up tight for years, genetics, poor nutrition, or perming and coloring. Other than that I use mousse everyday and most of the time a hot iron and blow dryer. I also shampoo my hair every day because it gets oily fast and tends to part but I don’t use conditioner. Then I take Biotin and Grapefruit Seed Extract to help promote healthy skin and hair. Could I be doing something wrong? Do I need to eliminate some things, such as the way I style my hair or using vitamins? Or do I need to just be patient and wait for it to grow back? It’s been like this for over a year now. Please anyone who can help I would gladly appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

I am interested in getting hair restoration treatment such as a hair transplant where they graft hairs to your head. My insurance probably wont cover it so does anybody have any idea how expensive it is?

I’m a 29 year old man, and I don’t have hardly any hair on the top of my head, I’m almost bald naturally on top. I said I would get hair surgery because I’m too young to be bald. I started losing hair on top at about 24 years old. Does anybody know the average costs for hair surgery? So I can know how much I have to save up for it!

I would like to find out if the solution given by Bosley really works for treating baldness. I am planning on undergoing the treatment and hence would like to know if they are really genuine. Please let me know if you or any of your friends underwent the procedure with Bosley Medical.

I hate hair oil but isn’t there any easy ways to prevent hair loss? I’ve heard of a couple of stuff and tried it but it never really worked for me.
